All sales are final once order is placed online or over the phone. Due to the temperature sensitive nature of our products, we must send them with signature verification. We want your order to reach you in the same state as it was in our kitchen.
SHIPPING POLICY AND CHARGES
GSS Sweet Co. can only deliver within the US at this time.
FedEx 2-day deliveries arrive within 3 to 6 days. FedEx Overnight deliveries arrive within 2 to 4 days. All Orders are shipped with a signature release. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available. GSS does not ship to PO Box, APO or FPO addresses. GSS is not responsible for missing, stolen, or incorrectly addressed packages.
For deliveries to warm climates and during summer months: "FedEx Overnight" orders are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and "Standard 2-Day" orders are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
