Pastry Chef Stephanie Caughell always knew she could reach the homes of America, she just wasn’t sure how. She found true happiness each time someone experienced her edible creations and realized what she had to do. With the help of some close friends and lots of taste testers, Gimmee Some Sugar was born.

Gimmee Some Sugar Sweet Co. was created with a motto that food should be experienced, not just tasted. With that ground rule, all of our products are made with only the best ingredients. You will experience flavor like never before. We hope that you kick your feet up and introduce yourself to our products as though you were seeing an old friend and after the first bite, you are guaranteed a lasting relationship!

GSS was built with a love of art and a love of sweets.  We like to provide Bakersfield with a current perspective of sweets like those found in Los Angeles and New York.

Our Chefs have studied with the best in the world and have a combined 20 years of experience in the field of Pastry Arts.  We have passion and creativity and are proud to serve our hometown with quality and innovative sweets.  There is nothing we cannot make and want to continue to be Bakersfield’s local source for the up and coming food & dessert trend.
